Miles Morales hadir kembali dalam babak baru saga Spider-Verse. Usai berjumpa lagi dengan Gwen Stacy, Spider-Man si tetangga yang ramah asal Brooklyn ini terlontar melintasi Multiverse yang membawanya pada Spider Society, kelompok pahlawan manusia laba-laba yang bertugas melindungi kelangsungan Multiverse. Namun, saat para pahlawan ini berselisih tentang cara melawan sebuah ancaman besar, Miles pun harus beradu dengan para manusia laba-laba yang lain dan menetapkan langkahnya sendiri demi menyelamatkan orang-orang yang ia cintai. After reuniting with Gwen Stacy, Brooklyns full-time, friendly neighborhood Spider-Man is catapulted across the Multiverse, where he encounters the Spider Society, a team of Spider-People charged with protecting the Multiverses very existence. But when the heroes clash on how to handle a new threat, Miles finds himself pitted against the other Spiders and must set out on his own to save those he loves most.
